LP? Who is She?

So, as you might have already guessed, I'm LP. I have been inspired by many of my friends to attempt blogging (again). You'd think it would be easy since I always have a lot to say, and even more on my mind. Maybe it will actually work for me this time, or maybe this is just a bit of wishful thinking.

First things first...a little about me, LP!

LP is a nickname that I received my sophomore year of college. Sophomore year was only 3 years ago, but it feels like ages. I got it from my sorority sisters. Apparently my real name was a little too common. The nickname has really grown on me though.

I am a second year senior or as my adviser likes to call me, a "super senior". I'm about to start my 5th and final year in college. It's been a long ride, but I couldn't have done it without some amazing people.

I'm an anthropology major. Weird, I know. It's fascinating to me, and no, I have no idea what I'm doing when I graduate.

 

I'm in a sorority. I love it, and I don't care who knows, or how you feel about sororities. Everyone has their own thing, this is mine.

I'm social, fun, and I've been told I'm kinda funny. I am usually the one speaking my mind, but I do know when to keep my mouth shut.

I am a very open-minded person. I have tried very hard not to judge anyone on the way they choose to present themselves or the activities that make them happy and fulfilled.

So now...why blog?

I always try to start up blogs or journals, but I never seem to actually keep up with them. Here I am, sitting at home bored trying to blog again. Hopefully I can use this as a tool to write down my thoughts and hopefully avoid some stress. We'll see.
